  • I understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes things come up. However, last-minute cancellations are often hard to refill and can impact my small business. To help manage my schedule and accommodate all clients, I’ve implemented a rebooking policy:

    • 48 to 24 hours notice: $50 rebooking fee for all lightening services.

    • Within 24 hours: $100 rebooking fee.

    • No-shows: $125 rebooking fee.

    These fees must be paid before rebooking. I’ll always do my best to work with you, whether it's adjusting your appointment or finding a solution for last-minute changes. I truly appreciate your understanding and support as these policies help keep things running smoothly for everyone.

  • To respect the time of all guests and keep appointments running smoothly, there is a 10-minute grace period for scheduled appointments. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to adjust your service to fit the remaining time without changing the cost. In some cases, arriving late may require rescheduling entirely, and the Cancellation Policy will apply. I’ll do my best to accommodate you, but punctuality ensures the best results for everyone!
